4. Guest pays to the hotel

At the booking the guest pays OnlineHotel 10% from the total reservation value, and pays the balance (90%) to the hotel at check-in. There are no booking fees .

5. No phone calls or fax

When a booking is made, we will send you an email with all booking details. You can also retrieve this informations at your Control Panel.
