Before you arrive:
If you know what you want to do before you get here (or even if you don't), we can book it for you! Nomads Queenstown has it's own in house travel shop, Mad Travel, where we can book everything from your activities in town to your forward accommodation when you leave us! Queenstown is the Adventure Capital of the World and we are so keen to get you out there and amongst it, if you dare – bungy jumping, skydiving, jet boating, four wheel driving... or of you're not so keen we'll get you chilling out, parasailing over Lake Wakatipu or doing a wine trail – nice!

What to bring:
We've got pretty much everything covered! ... MoreNomads Queenstown has all your linen here for you ? there's duvets, pillows and sheets on all of our comfy beds. Dependent on the room type you have booked, your towels may also be provided or you can hire them for $1 (plus a $10 refundable bond). Of course you're welcome to bring your own towels if you'd like.
Our brand new kitchen is fully stocked with all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you'll need to cook up a mean feed, along with microwaves, refrigerators and plenty of space to put your food away. Plus we have a sweet dining room, massive living room, tv room and sauna!

How to find us:
Lucky for you (and us) we're right in the middle of town and super easy to find. Our address is 5-11 Church Street, Queenstown 9300.

Checking in:
Our check in time is from 2pm on your day of arrival. Our reception is open 24 hours so whenever you get here we'll be stoked to see you!
While we are happy to accept your payment by credit card, please do note that we will add a 2.5% surcharge to this.


Cancellation policy:
Although we're sure you won't need to, if something comes up and you need to cancel your booking, just let us know at least 24hours in advance and it's all good. If you have to cancel with less notice, we'll have to charge your first nights accommodation.
